1. Can I return or exchange an item for a different color or style? 

 

Yes, you can contact laura@petitefleurdesigns.com if you are not 100% satisfied with your product.  We will do everything we can to make you a repeat customer. 

Wholesale orders: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if there is a discrepancy in size, color or style in which Petite Fleur Designs & Co was responsible for.

 

2.  How do I wash my hair accessories and apparel?

 

Please wash cold and lay flat to dry.  Some of the appliques are sensitive to heat.

Spot wash hats and headbands.

 

3.  How do you ship your products?

 

All of our accessories are shipped via USPS priority mail with a flat rate of $6.50 (unfortunately USPS prices have increased once again)- National with a confirmation delivery #.  The International rate is $20.00, you will be charged accordingly with a pay pal invoice if the price is higher due to a larger order.  We carefully handcraft all of our designs and test for durability so, it may take up to 10 business days for completion on direct customer orders (especially during the holidays). Our products are wrapped with care and there is a special added touch to the wrapping. 

 

Note: Department store orders are shipped via collect due to the size of the order for all stores.  5 to 6 weeks to ship for large department store orders and 2 to 4 weeks for wholesale bulk orders.

 

4.  Are gift certificates available for gift giving?

 

Yes, gift certificates are available for that special someone.  Just go to the certificate section and type in the appropriate information and we will send the recepient the gift certificate voucher # with a special e-card.

 

5.  What kind of payment do you accept?

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and e-checks via Paypals encrypted secure server (you do not have to have a Pay Pal account to place an order).  We are also happy to assist you over the phone.

 

6.  Do you charge sales tax?

 

Only with orders sent within the state of California, sales tax is 8.75%.  The tax will be charged accordingly.  All other orders outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
