About Us
Petite Fleur Designs & Co was established by Laura Backus Gendron in 2004 to provide unique, elegant children's accessories. It was shortly after her twins were born, trying to conceive her beautiful family for 9 years, that she discovered the need for items that reflected each of her children's individuality. Laura has a background in fashion and sales, this has given her the experience to design and sell her own creations. Her designs include girl's headbands, flower hats, vintage-heirloom hair accessories, women's hair clips/headbands, baby girl/boy hats, and onesie sets.
"I have found a love for vintage-heirloom silk flowers and ribbons; these are what I use to start my designing process". Crystals and ribbons are then used to put the finishing touches on some of Petite Fleur Designs & Co hair accessories. Each design is carefully handcrafted with each piece being unique and exclusive. "The day to day pleasures of being a mother have inspired me to design a girl's collection that is beautiful and elegant".
